Human Resources Administrator

Be the backbone of a high-performing team by ensuring compliance with labour laws, promoting a culture of care, and supporting smooth onboarding and employee wellbeing.

Job Description

  • Administer employee records, contracts, and leave tracking
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain HR systems, registers, and compliance documents
  • Assist with payroll preparation and submissions (UIF, COIDA)
  • Facilitate staff wellness and training initiatives

The Opportunity

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Qualification in HR Management or similar
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SA labour laws and BCEA
